All products offered by RioVex Research are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for personal use, human consumption, animal use, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or clinical application.

Research Use Only Products
All products sold by RioVex Research are designated as Research Use Only (RUO).
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, condition, symptom, or medical concern.
RioVex Research does not provide dosing instructions, medical advice, treatment recommendations, clinical guidance, or administration protocols.
Any misuse of products, including but not limited to human use, animal use, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, compounding, or resale for non-research purposes, is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the RioVex Research website, including but not limited to logos, product images, graphics, text, page layouts, branding, designs, and written materials, is the property of RioVex Research or its authorized content providers.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission from RioVex Research.
Unauthorized use of RioVex Research branding, images, or website content is strictly prohibited.
Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout is correct before completing your order.
RioVex Research reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or delay any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect billing or shipping information, product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, policy violations, regulatory concerns, suspected misuse or prohibited use, or any other reason deemed necessary by RioVex Research.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, RioVex Research may issue a refund when appropriate and in accordance with our posted policies.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.
RioVex Research reserves the right to review all orders before fulfillment.
We may cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion if we believe the order violates our policies, presents risk, contains inaccurate information, or may involve non-research use.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and applicable compliance requirements, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by RioVex Research.
RioVex Research does not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Refunds, replacements, or credits are not guaranteed and may only be considered in cases involving verified fulfillment errors or shipping issues caused by RioVex Research.
All refund or replacement requests must follow the requirements listed in our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Delivered Packages
Once a shipment is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
RioVex Research is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or taken after carrier-confirmed delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to, packages delivered to porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, shared spaces, business locations, apartment complexes, or other delivery points.
Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect due to a verified RioVex Research fulfillment or shipping error, the customer must contact RioVex Research within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may be denied.
RioVex Research may require documentation before reviewing any claim.
Required Documentation
All claims for missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective items must include complete and verifiable documentation.
Required documentation may include a full unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is first opened, photos of the external shipping package, photos of the packing materials, photos of the product contents, photos of the packing slip, invoice, or order details, and clear photos showing any damage or incorrect items.
Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied.
Resolution
If RioVex Research confirms that a fulfillment or shipping error occurred, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the affected item.
Cash refunds, store credits, replacements, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed.
Resolution decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are made solely by RioVex Research.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact RioVex Research first to resolve any order issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks submitted for delivered, refused, stolen, restricted, canceled, or policy-violating orders may be disputed using carrier records, tracking confirmation, order records, policy acceptance, communication history, and the customer’s agreement to these Terms.
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in account termination and refusal of future service.
Communications Consent
By creating an account, placing an order, submitting your contact information, or using the RioVex Research website, you consent to receive communications from RioVex Research.
These communications may include order confirmations, shipping updates, customer support messages, account notifications, payment instructions, policy updates, and promotional or marketing messages.
Communications may be sent by email, text message, phone, or other electronic methods using the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of non-transactional marketing communications at any time. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to complete orders or provide customer support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RioVex Research is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use or misuse of our website, services, or products.
RioVex Research is not responsible for any harm, loss, damage, expense, legal issue, regulatory issue, or consequence resulting from improper handling, unauthorized use, prohibited use, or misuse of any product.
Customers assume full responsibility for the lawful purchase, possession, storage, handling, disposal, and use of all research materials.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies posted on the RioVex Research website, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product from RioVex Research, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal matter related to RioVex Research, this website, these Terms, or any purchase shall be handled in the State of Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
